1. Context
The International Scientific Conference of Rainha Njinga a Mbande University (ISC.URNM) stands as a premier biennial, multidisciplinary forum established in 2023 under the auspices of URNM. Now in its second edition, the conference reaffirms its commitment to fostering cutting-edge Research and Development (R&D), driving innovation in public policy, and strategically addressing the structural challenges of Angola’s national development.

Structured across six thematic tracks, the two-day event provides an environment of rigorous scientific discourse designed to catalyze synergies among academia, industry, and policymakers. To maximize its global reach, ISC.URNM will adopt a hybrid format, seamlessly integrating both in-person and virtual participation. We invite the scientific community to submit original research papers and posters showcasing disruptive concepts, pioneering results, and high-impact practical solutions.

ISC.URNM reflects Angola’s unwavering commitment to scientific progress and sustainability. 2. Conference Objective
To establish URNM as a national, continental, and international benchmark in the generation, dissemination, and application of scientific knowledge. The conference aims to promote innovative and sustainable solutions that address contemporary challenges and contribute directly to the strategic development of Angola.

3. Selection and Publication
Outstanding submissions will be selected for publication in a special issue of the RAC[link: https://publicacoes.scientia.co.ao/ojs/index.php/rac/index] (Angolan Journal of Science), which is internationally indexed.
